Invitation to a seminar on the subject of Residence Act on February 17th in Mönchengladbach
The Federal Association of Foreign Students (BAS) invites you to a one-day seminar on the topic of “Innovations in Residence Law” at LAKUM in Mönchengladbach (Richard-Wagner-Straße 35, 41065).
In its coalition paper, the government has promised to reorganise the right of residence.
We want to inform you about what has been implemented so far and how these changes affect the situation of foreign students and our work in the representation of foreign students.
The aim of the seminar is to inform the participants about the current regulations in the right of residence with regard to foreign students (third-country nationals)
and to strengthen their counselling skills and give them an understanding of the current developments in residence law. The seminar will be led by Johannes Glembek (BAS general secretary), who has been dealing with immigration law for over thirty years.
The seminar is free of charge for representatives of BAS member universities.
For interested parties from non-member universities, there is a seminar fee of 100€ for the seminar day, which can be paid on site or by invoice.
