Here you have the option to register for the 24th Federal Delegates Assembly (BDV). This will take place in Heidelberg from 1st of September 2023 until 3rd of September 2023.

Member student bodies must upload the certificate of legitimation as part of the registration process in order for their delegates to be eligible to vote at the BDV. The corresponding form was sent with the invitation as a PDF document. Alternatively, it can be downloaded here:

Please fill in the certificate completely, sign it, stamp it and scan it before registration so that it can be uploaded in the course of registration!

In exceptional cases, a digital signature (e. g. through Adobe Reader) is sufficient; this should be confirmed by an additional e-mail from the student body. In addition, the above form can be sent by e-mail to , especially as registration via this page is not obligatory.
