SARS-CoV-2: support in stressful situations

Sars-CoV-2: Finding support in stressful situations | Multilingual support offers, when you do not feel secure at home

Many of us are currently exposed to particular stresses and pressure. Although social distancing, contact bans and going out restrictions slow down the spread of Sars-CoV-2, they become an unexpected stress test for people for whom their own four walls are not a safe haven or who are exposed to economic, social and health insecurities. You are not alone in this situation, but can seek help regardless of your social contacts.

Here you will find a compilation of offers that you can take advantage of by phone or online, and online directories of contact points and other offers of help.
